• Position title: Front Desk Officer
Department: Administration

About the Role:
• Overall management of the Front desk operations.
• Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office & use CRM to key in the details for record.
• Receive of all phone calls, check the details in the CRM and act according to the company guideline.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Any other responsibility directed by Top Management.
