Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

This qualification provides competencies to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment in building and premises. It includes ERAC requirements for an Electricians licence.

Assessment:
The assessment of each unit of competency will take place during the course. Assessments will take the form of written assessments, classroom exercises and practical tasks within workshop observation and demonstration and Log Book in our classroom / engineering workshops.

Academic requirement:

Successful completion of Australian year 10 or equivalent with satisfactory completion of mathematics and physics.

English requirement:

A minimum of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent is required.

International Students who do not meet the English language requirements for this course may undertake English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) according to the English Learning Matrix.
