Advanced Diploma of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering

UEE62520 – Advanced Diploma of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering provides competencies to design and validate/evaluate refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems, manage risk, estimate and manage projects and provide technical advice/sales. It includes regulatory requirements for purchasing and handling refrigerants.

To achieve a Advanced Diploma of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering (UEE62511) a total of 43 units must be completed:

Entry requirement:

Completion of UEE32211 Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or
Completion of UEE42711 Certificate IV in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Servicing or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.

 

Academic requirement:
Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent with satisfactory completion of mathematics and physics.
English requirement:

A minimum of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent is required.

International Students who do not meet the English language requirements for this course may undertake English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) according to the English Learning Matrix.
